Over the course of next few days we are going to launch multiple new features that will hopefully significantly improve your Superfaktura experience and the way you do your business administration.
The first of these improvements is our little + “plus”. You will find it in the upper right corner of the main frame right beside the main tabs. (Remember though, this feature is not online yet ;-) )
What’s + for?
The main purpose of + is to make your life simpler. It gives you an immediate access to a quick navigation through which you can easily create a new document. You can use it to create:
- proforma invoice
- recurring invoice
- credit note
- inventory item
How to use + ?
By clicking on the + “plus”, a short list of documents that can be created by using + will roll out. This way you can easily create a new estimate even when you are browsing your contacts. You no longer need to go to Invoices > Estimates > Create a new estimate. Instead, simply click on + and select Estimate. A familiar form will pop up and you just fill out the details, save and send. As easy as that.
We hope that you will like this new feature and take a full advantage of it. However, you still got more to look forward to. Within the next few days we will introduce a bunch of new changes, so stay patient and keep checking our blog. ;-)
