It has been less than a week since we have announced the new automatic backups and we are back again with a new feature.
This time, we have focused on making the browsing through your documents more efficient and less time demanding. Let me show you how it works:
Imagine you need to check your unpaid invoices. To do so, select only unpaid invoices from your invoice list. Before, you would have to open each invoice individually, check the details, go back to the list and open another one. However, with the new feature you do not have to go back to the list after you are done checking an invoice. To make the browsing more convenient for you, we have added additional buttons to the right hand panel. These buttons allow you to go directly to the last or next invoice without having to go back to the list.
At the same time, you can also see how many invoices you have already browsed through and how many you have left. Nonetheless, if you want to return to the list, simply use the third button that will take you back to the list.
You can use the same method to browse through your expenses, proforma invoices, credit notes and estimates. You might as well start looking for a new hobby, because this feature will save your more time than you expect ;)
