We are happy to announce that the first version of Superfaktura is officially up and running. Our great thanks goes to all the advisors, partners and mainly testers, who provides us with priceless information that helped us to finish the project.
Summary of all current features:
- Creation and record-keeping of invoices and expenses
- Real-time revenue, expenses and balance computation
- Record-keeping of pending payments
- Ability to email, print out or save the invoices as PDF
- Graphs and other stats
- Import of data from Excel and other accounting programs
At this stage, we are doing finishing touches on the hybrid mail. This will allow everyone with the paid membership to send the invoices through the Slovak post office and even save money and time on printing, paper and going to the post office.
Then again, this is not the final version and in the near future you can look forward to:
- Exporting your invoices from Superfaktura
- Log book to keep track of costs that have incurred with the use of automobile
- Tax return – You hear that right! Soon enough Superfaktura will be able to create a tax return for you from all the data you have entered. It can either tell you which data goes where, or it can do all the work for you and even submit the tax return directly to tax authorities.
- Record-keeping of levies, health insurance and other relevant payments
- Calendar of important dates and upcoming deadlines for entrepreneurs and SME (What should have your utmost attention in the following couple of days)
