Our main priority is to protect your data from any misuse, loss, theft or any other damage. We regularly conduct tests to discover any flaws and bugs in the system, and to ensure maximum security. We take security very seriously and appreciate our clients' trust.
All data transferred between your computer and SuperFaktura are protected using 256 bit SSL encryption to prevent any "eavesdropping" and misuse. Even banks use the same system.
All your data are securely stored behind the most advanced firewalls that protect you from dangers of the Internet 24/7.
We regularly subject SuperFaktura to thorough penetration tests that detect any potential flaws and bugs. If any deficiencies are discovered, they are immediately dealt with and fixed.
SuperFaktura.sk and your data are stored in two geographically separated datacenters. Even if there is a technical failure, natural disaster, loss of power or Internet connection in one of the two datacenters, your data still remain safe.
To prevent any damage or loss of data, we automatically replicate your data across multiple geographically separated databases. Additionally, we also back up your data every night and store them on separate backup media to achieve higher security.
The rise of new technologies, such as SuperFaktura, brings up new questions regarding the data security and backups. However, is it really more secure to store your sensitive information at home?
|Access to data|
|Your computer: Ideally, you should be the only one who has access to your data but is this always the case? If your computer gets stolen, you will lose all your data. Additionally, your data can also be stolen using a USB flash drive during your lunch break without you even knowning.||SuperFaktura: Data are stored on two separate servers in different geographic locations and are only accessible by you within SuperFaktura's framework. Your communication with SuperFaktura is encrypted by the same system banks use.|
|Your computer: Do you back up your data? Do you use an external hard drive? Do you store your backups separately in case your computer gets stolen or in case of a natural disaster? Do you back up your data regularly? If you answered yes to all these questions, then you are one of the few people with a perfect sense of responsibility. However, you still must spend a lot of time, money and effort just to keep your data secure.||SuperFaktura: All your data are synchronized in real time at two geographically separated locations (Slovakia and London). This ensures that your data are always available even in case of a natural disaster or a technical failure at one of the datacenters. To top it off, both datacenters back up their data every hour to external media.|
|Your computer: You are constatnly at risk of your system breaking down or getting attacked by a virus. Burnt out power supply or spilled tea…How long will it take for you to recover all your work once something like this happens?||SuperFaktura: Servers are under a 24-hour surveillance and all technical issues are fixed immediately. However, due to the fact that the servers are running in two synchronized locations the probability of both of them failing at the same time is very low.|
|Your computer: You need your computer to access your data. No computer = no access.||SuperFaktura: Requires only a web browser to run. Your data are accessible from anywhere as long as you have Internet access.|
